Lady Omololu is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Omosede Global Foundation, established in 2017. Long before formally registering the Foundation on May 24, 2019, she had consistently dedicated her time, resources, and energy to supporting vulnerable individuals and mentoring young men and women. She strongly believes in raising children for success and providing guidance through life’s most challenging moments.

She is a certified Crime and Intelligence Analyst and served as the Pioneer Commissioner for the Ministry of Public Security and Safety, Edo State, from 2022 to 2023, where she contributed significantly to strengthening public safety and security frameworks.

Through years of personal outreach and community engagement, Lady Omololu observed a troubling pattern: many people delayed seeking medical care until it was too late. Interviews with patients revealed common barriers—lack of medical insurance, insufficient funds for treatment, and limited access to adequate medical support in healthcare facilities. These realities deeply moved her.

Recognizing that meaningful and sustainable impact required a structured approach, she resolved to scale her efforts. This conviction led to the formal establishment of Omosede Global Foundation, bringing together like-minded individuals driven by compassion, integrity, and a shared commitment to improving lives—particularly in healthcare access, mentorship, and social support.
